Returns and complaints

When purchasing from the online shop, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Notice of withdrawal

Send an unambiguous notice of withdrawal to info@insecto.ee within 14 days after receiving the goods. Include your order number and the name of the product to be returned. You do not have to state a reason for withdrawal.

Returning the goods

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the notice of withdrawal. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. You may inspect the goods in the same way as in a physical shop. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds and exceptions

If the withdrawal is valid, we refund the payments received, including delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. Refunds are generally made using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. Statutory exceptions may apply, for example to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Defective goods

If a product is defective, contact us as soon as possible. Consumers may submit a complaint to the seller concerning a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after receiving the goods. General information on consumer rights is available at ttja.ee. Mandatory consumer rights under Estonian and European Union law remain unaffected.
